On Elina Segall's first day at Icon Collective, she found herself being the only woman in a room with 60 men. Two months later, she founded and curated the first female and gender-expansive collective at ICON for artists and producers. The collective grew through grassroots initiatives and is known as Femme Frequency.

Elina Segall is regularly invited to organisations such as Vem Kan Bli Producent, Empower and STIM to mentor new talent and curate creative workshops.
